Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Pawsh Pet, we want you and your furry friends to be completely satisfied with every purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us at support@pawshpet.in with your order number.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after receiving the product as per our return policy below.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Items that are damaged, soiled, or altered will not be accepted for return.
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@pawshpet.in with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable courier service. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
