Refund policy
At Pawsh Pet, we want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, here's how we can help.
Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact. To initiate a return, email us at info.pawshpet@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible as orders are processed for dispatch. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info.pawshpet@gmail.com.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
- Items that show signs of use, washing, or damage
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
